At Soda City Movers, we are genuinely committed to making sure you are satisfied with your experience. Unfortunately, if you’re on this page, it means you’ve experienced a damage of some sort during your move. We want to make it right. While we know we’re not perfect and damages can occur, it is our goal to resolve your claim as quickly and professionally as possible. To get started, provide us with the information below.

    I confirm that the information provided in this form is true, complete, and accurate. I also understand the following:

  • Damage claims must be filed within 96 hours of move completion.
  • Your claim cannot be settled unless moving costs have been paid.
  • Your move is covered for damages at a rate of $0.60 per pound per article, the mandatory required amount by the Office of Regulatory Staff and Public Service Commission of South Carolina, but our goal is to go above and beyond this policy.
